Prepares directly or with consultants, planning architectural design for new plans models that meet the business objectives visions of the executive leadership team for the various Master Planned Robson Communities. Works regularly with executive staff in a variety of meeting formats, including new product design meetings to conceptualize the ideas concepts discussed into a product design that meets the expectations of the team. Will perform other job duties as assigned.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Consultant for new designs through design development construction documents. Will work with other senior leadership members to give suggestions/offer advice on development of new or revamped products at each community. Will present new product suggestions. Develop design plan elevation concepts using applicable software programming. Select color schemes coordinate l scape design for new models Review tour new product design competitors product design to ensure new designs are competitive responding to current market expectations Coordinate with legal team for new consultant contracts job orders, review authorize payment for invoices from consultants Lead framing reviews for new models plans with executive team. Feedback is received adjustments made, if necessary/applicable. Review Marketing Collateral floor plans rendering for accuracy to design. Will work with the Senior VP of Marketing on edits/revisions necessary, give feedback/suggestions. Requirements 10+ years of architectural experience in residential home designs. Bachelor or Masters in Architecture Must be able to create establish a vision for new projects with an ability to convey that vision to project staff.

Comprehensive knowledge of:
