Morrissey Associates, Inc. | Designer 2 Position Morrissey Associates, Inc. seeks an Intermediate designer to join our team. Our architecture firm focuses primarily on K-12 and Higher Education projects. We are in Costa Mesa, California. Our principals offer an holistic, integrated project approach in a small office environment, and provide opportunities for growth and advancement. We welcome a designer who is passionate about their ability to influence the quality of education by developing, formulating and implementing design concepts while working with a knowledgeable team to bring them to fruition.

Responsibilities:

• Produce coordinated design documents under the direction of a Design Principal
• Assist in development of marketing graphics and materials
• Produce digital models and/ or renderings
• Contribute to and lead the design effort through participation in concept discourse
• Develop material sample presentations
• Assist with the Marketing effort in assembling and responding to Requests for Qualifications
• Adhere to and implement office CAD and Revit Standards
• Adhere to Office filing and document management standards
• Work closely with the office Design team to coordinate standard practices
• Prepare construction documents
• Design Project Specific Detailing, documentation, and coordination with consultants and design team

Qualifications:
