Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Drafter I will be responsible for creating 3D digital models, interior renderings, and various architectural drawings under supervision. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the company, with mentorship and training programs available.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop 3D digital models and interior renderings using SketchUp and Photoshop. Create interior plans, elevations, and detailed drawings. Produce schematic design and design development drawings. Prepare construction drawings under supervision. Revise construction documentation by incorporating supervisor's redline comments. Prepare design slides (PowerPoint presentations) with minimal supervision. Handle plan, sample, and check pickups and drop-offs using a personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of architectural experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Photoshop, SketchUp. Knowledge of Revit (optional). Associate's degree or higher (foreign diplomas accepted). Reliable transportation. Legal authorization to work in the US. Please note that the responsibilities outlined above represent the minimum key duties for this position. Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned by the company as needed.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
