Full job description Client is a full-service architectural firm dedicated to providing unique and innovative solutions to our clients' planning and design challenges. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Architectural Revit Designer Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of architectural construction documents with high quality and accuracy. Support coordination of design deliverables with consultants and project teams. Work alongside project designers to develop design concepts, including plan layouts, elevations, sections, construction details, and material and systems selection. Assist with site development tasks and building construction documentation. Support construction administration activities as directed by the project manager, including site observation visits, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, and producing clarification and bulletin documents. Conduct Matterport 3D scans of existing buildings to support as-built documentation, renovation projects, and design development. Process and manage Matterport scan data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for project teams. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural or design practice. Experience with Matterport scanning equipment and software, or willingness to learn (training provided). Working knowledge of building codes applicable to project jurisdictions. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to sponsor work visas. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with Matterport Pro2 or Pro3 cameras and the Matterport cloud platform. Exposure to both corporate interiors and commercial/mixed-use building projects. Familiarity with Silicon Valley project environments.
