Job Description

Architectural Drafter / BIM Technician Job Description
  • You will work in Revit on existing plans, design, and construction documents.
We like to give each employee the opportunity to be a part of projects from beginning to end. You will be an integral part of the team, working with each project manager, and building and planning department officials. This role supports project architects and designers through the production of high-quality construction documents and technical drawings across a variety of project types. In our small office we help each other and feel comfortable asking questions. We will work closely with you to be sure you have the tools you need and check your work and progress along the way. Current projects include
  • Residential
  • architectural and interior design for remodels, and new homes Civic
  • government, and colleges Commercial
  • restaurants, music venues, salons, retail and offices. Qualifications
  • Proficient in Revit (required) 3-5 years' experience Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Asana experience a plus Computer modeling and rendering skills a plus Experience in creating
Construction Documents Location:
  • Santa Cruz, CA Four days in-office at our Santa Cruz studio, one day remote Compensation
