We are seeking a full-time Junior Associate with 2-5 years of professional office experience after graduation, not an entry-level position. Our collaborative environment provides direct involvement in all phases of projects, including design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, client interaction, and regular site visits. Candidates should be organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple projects within a small but fast-paced, design-focused office. Learn all aspects of the architectural design and construction process with Rudin Donner Design , a small boutique architecture firm specializing in thoughtfully crafted residential and small commercial projects throughout Los Angeles and beyond. Our work includes high-end remodels and additions, ground-up custom homes, interiors, and select commercial projects with a strong focus on design, detail, and material quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior architect seeking hands-on experience and meaningful involvement in a small, high-design practice.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
B.Arch. or M.Arch program with 2-5 years of experience after college (not counting experience during school). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion VR Rendering. Revit and Rhino Additional Skills desired: Proficiency in REVIT, Rhino; looking to move toward BIM 3D software Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or similar programs Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu All qualified applicants will be considered.
