Job Description

We are a successful, fast moving, interior design firm looking to expand our talented team. We are an established young firm whose work environment, although fast paced, is fun, and comprised of passionate and focused people. We are focused on exceptional interior design, new builds and renovations that create a true sense of place. We pride ourselves on our reputation of professionalism, taste, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from start to finish, under the creative direction of Principal Designer, executing and overseeing every step through completion. Ideal candidate must be able to jump in and take ownership of assigned projects at various phases. A resume and design portfolio must be included for consideration
Skills and Requirements:
Proven 5+ years of high-end residential design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work Attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills Ability to develop and coordinate design concepts within our ethos that meet client needs Proficiency in Chief Architect and Photoshop Strong drafting skills Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time Strong space planning and understanding of feasibility Deep understanding of construction documents, processes and selections as it relates to the design process Eager to assist and add value wherever needed Responsibilities Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and preferences. Utilize Chief Architect, Photoshop and Canva for drafting detailed design plans and visual presentations. Oversee renovation projects, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs. Stay updated on industry trends and materials to enhance design quality. Facilitate design management, execution, and follow through Design within the client's expectations and aesthetic as outlined by thePrincipal Designer Assist in installation and job sites, quality control of all finished products installed on project To apply please include all: Resume Portfolio including at least 2-3 work samples. 2-3 References Please also submit a cover letter letting us know why you'd be a great fit for our team.
