Architectural Drafter

Job Overview We are seeking an Architectural Drafter focused on construction documentation to join our team in Davie, Florida. This is a technical production role , not a design position. The primary responsibility is developing accurate and coordinated construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Architecture. This position will begin with architectural drafting and expand into full structural and MEP construction documents over time . Responsibilities Produce full architectural construction document sets , including: Floor plans Elevations Sections Details Door and window schedules Develop and coordinate drawings across disciplines Assist and grow into producing structural and MEP construction documents Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant Apply Florida Building Code requirements Work with project managers and team members to meet deadlines Take ownership of assigned projects from drafting through completion Requirements Experience producing architectural construction documents Proficiency in Revit for construction documentation Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture Basic understanding of structural and MEP systems , or ability to learn quickly Familiarity with the Florida Building Code Fluent in English Must be able to work on-site in Davie, FL Preferred Qualifications Experience with structural or MEP drafting Spanish speaking Work Environment Full-time, on-site role Collaborative team environment Exposure to architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines in-house Compensation & Benefits Starting at $20+ per hour , based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Performance-based bonuses Growth and advancement opportunities Important This role is focused on construction documentation and coordination .
