We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter / Draftsperson to support residential design and construction documentation. The AutoCAD Drafter / Draftsperson will produce accurate plans, maintain design records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality home designs.
Responsibilities:
Produce construction documents for production and custom homes Maintain and update master plans and customized drawings Create lot-fit matrices in collaboration with Sales and Development teams Revise plans to meet customer specifications and maintain accurate records Manage DWF files and ensure documentation accuracy Support sales teams with customized home design solutions Follow CAD standards and procedures for quality and efficiency Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
