Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Team of design professionals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our architectural team, contributing to the conceptualization, development, and documentation of interior design aspects across diverse projects. The interior Designer should possess a versatile skill set, prioritize tasks effectively, and excel in meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings, equipment, lighting, and color coordination. Evaluate and select interior systems, materials, finishes, and fixtures. Coordinate color and material palettes. Manage the full scope of FFE tasks from design and selection to bid, aligning with client and project requirements. Participate in the Construction administration phase by responding to RFI's, reviewing shop drawings and interior-related submittals, and conducting field site visits. Manage multiple projects of varying complexity and size simultaneously. Develop space planning, block planning, and adjacency diagrams in alignment with project programs. Express interior design concepts through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and visual formats, collaborating closely with Project Architects. Utilize software tools such as Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, InDesign, AutoCAD, Word, and Excel.

Additional Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand objectives and desires. Communicate effectively with clients, product representatives, and design team to address client needs. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, InDesign, AutoCAD, work, and Excel. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
