Job Description
•Job Overview•We are seeking an experienced Drafter to join our team. The individual will be responsible for drafting and designing of structures and structure components. The Drafter will be working closely with the Studio Lead and Principal Architect to ensure all plans are accurate, complete, and meet project specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT are required. Remote work is not an option. Candidates who cannot commute daily to our location will not be considered. Duties and Responsibilities Drafting plans for residential and commercial projects including: floor plans, elevations, site plans, site layouts, interior and exterior site layouts, master plans, master site plans, master site elevations, submittals, etc. Drafting detailed design specifications for residential projects including: wall profiles, roof lines, details of window frames and shutters, details of structural framing, framing detail and details of interior finishings. Create detailed plans for utility locations such as water lines, gas lines or other locations. Other duties as assigned by management.
