This position is a key role within our design group, focused on elevating how we communicate design through advanced 3D modeling and visualization. While Revit proficiency and the ability to assist with construction drawings are required, the primary focus of this role is to take ownership of our 3D visualization process; creating models, renderings, and walk-throughs that clearly communicate design intent to our clients. Early-phase models will be conceptual but directly tied to Revit-based building elements, evolving into highly detailed models as projects progress into interior design and construction documentation. We are looking for someone who is design-minded, highly visual, and capable of contributing ideas. This role is expected to take ownership of all 3D visualization tools, workflows, and deliverables across the firm.
