Architectural Modeling & Visualization Designer We are a residential design-build firm with a fully integrated architectural and interior design team. This position is a key role within our design group, focused on elevating how we communicate design through advanced 3D modeling and visualization. While Revit proficiency and the ability to assist with construction drawings are required, the primary focus of this role is to take ownership of our 3D visualization process; creating models, renderings, and walk-throughs that clearly communicate design intent to our clients. Position Overview This role bridges architecture and interior design, supporting the full project lifecycle from early concept through construction. The primary responsibility is to develop detailed 3D models and transform them into high-quality visual deliverables including renderings, panoramas, and video walk-throughs. You will work closely with both the architectural and interior design teams to translate ideas, selections, and client preferences into compelling visual representations. Early-phase models will be conceptual but directly tied to Revit-based building elements, evolving into highly detailed models as projects progress into interior design and construction documentation. We are looking for someone who is design-minded, highly visual, and capable of contributing ideas. This role is expected to take ownership of all 3D visualization tools, workflows, and deliverables across the firm. Team Environment Our studio is highly collaborative from initial design through construction. Team members are expected to actively participate in: Weekly team meetings Internal project reviews Client meetings Field/site visits We value a strong team dynamic, open communication, and continuous learning. We encourage team members to expand their knowledge across architecture, interior design, and construction, and to bring new ideas, tools, and technologies into our process. We actively explore emerging visualization methods, including VR (Oculus) and 3D printing, and expect this role to both contribute to and expand these capabilities.
