General Duties and Responsibilities :

Create professional and consistent Architectural REVIT models and drawings from hand drawings or sketches Review and revise architectural plans/elevations/options and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes Maintain standardized REVIT design standards, minimizing variations as much as possible Create address specific construction documents from stock plan library for permitting and starts for various markets Provide documentation to instruct others how structures are to be modified Attend prototype/frame walks for new product lines and field verify dimensions as needed Operate computer-assisted design and drafting workstation

Qualifications :

Associate or bachelor's degree in architecture, Environmental Design, Computer Aided Drafting, Drafting & Design Engineering Technology or related field from an accredited university, or equivalent combination of education or experience 2 or more years of 3D modeling in a professional environment Proficiency in REVIT Strong AutoCAD, BIM360, Design Review and Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of houses Able to management multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
