We strive to both understand and respond to the client's needs in the most efficient and economical way. A personal approach is used in problem solving, in order to provide a unique level of professional service and greater client satisfaction. Responsibilities Production of Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents. Production of plans, elevations, details, specifications and material selections needed for construction. Design in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals. Ensure compliance with construction standards, code requirements, and ADA regulations. Collaborate with project team members on design solutions and documentation. Coordination with engineers and consultants for project requirements. Perform site and field work including site investigations and field measured documentation. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously Ability to create 3D renderings Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience Experience in commercial architecture preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Spanish speaking is a plus On path to licensure preferred
