In this role, you will develop precise structural graphics and schematics that support architectural, engineering, and construction projects. Your expertise will help translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling 2D representations that facilitate seamless project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, utilizing cutting-edge design tools and techniques to bring concepts to life with clarity and precision. Responsibilities Create detailed 2D CAD drawings and schematics for structural systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Develop graphic representations for construction documents, system layouts, and interior design concepts that enhance understanding across multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design intent and translate it into comprehensive visual materials. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and SolidWorks to produce high-quality drawings and visualizations. Prepare schematics for mechanical and system designs, ensuring clarity for fabrication and construction processes. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine graphics and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Maintain organized digital files of all drawings and graphical assets for easy access and version control. Skills Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and SolidWorks. Strong understanding of drafting standards, schematic development, construction documentation, and graphic design principles. Experience with system design visualization for mechanical systems or interior layouts. Ability to create accurate 2D animations or visual walkthroughs for client presentations or internal reviews. Knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction processes to ensure practical application of designs.
