Are you an experienced Revit professional who enjoys transforming architectural concepts into detailed, buildable structural models? We're seeking a Senior Revit Designer to play a critical role in the design and detailing process for a variety of large-scale commercial, residential, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You'll be responsible for taking architectural drawings and specifications, building detailed structural models, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through production. You'll serve as a key technical resource for both engineering and drafting teams while helping guide less experienced designers through the detailing process. What You'll Do Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate structural models Utilize Autodesk Revit to build and maintain project models from concept through production Generate erection drawings, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation Coordinate closely with senior engineering leadership to review designs and ensure accuracy Submit models and drawings for engineering review and approval, incorporating revisions and updates as needed Create Requests for Information (RFIs) when project information is incomplete or requires clarification Work alongside junior drafters who will develop individual component and piece drawings based on approved models Support production and quality teams by providing technical clarification and drawing updates throughout the manufacturing process Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production personnel to ensure successful project execution What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of Revit drafting, detailing, or structural design experience Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit required Experience with EDGE Revit software is highly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and engineering specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Experience within structural, precast concrete, construction, or related industries is highly preferred Work Environment & Schedule Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch Flexible start time available, including a 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM schedule Casual professional work environment: jeans, collared shirts, and closed-toe shoes Collaborative, family-oriented culture that values autonomy and work-life balance Reports directly to an experienced Engineering Manager with over six years of tenure within the organization Opportunity to work within a stable, low-key team environment where employees are trusted to manage their responsibilities independently Also Open to Emerging Talent While this role is targeted toward experienced designers, we are also interested in speaking with early-career Revit professionals with approximately 2-3 years of experience who have strong technical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and a desire to continue growing within structural design and drafting.
