- Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Draftsperson to join our dynamic design team.
In this role, you will modify plans for permit-ready residential construction. You'll work directly with the chief designer, maintain accurate master plan sets, and help produce sales graphic materials. This position allows you to hone your technical skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Strong AutoCAD Architecture proficiency Experience with residential construction documents. prefer at least two years of experience. Support chief designer Develop details using AutoCAD architecture, drawings, plans, elevations, and sections for residential buildings. Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to interpret design concepts into accurate technical drawings. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from staff Proficiency in typing, using WORD & Outlook Knowledge of construction & building codes helpful but not required Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate them into detailed technical drawings accurately. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
