Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Design Coordinator to bring creative visions to life at our custom home building company . In this role, you will craft compelling visual content, develop engaging layouts, and work directly with clients to make selections. Your expertise will help shape our brand identity and elevate our visual storytelling through cutting-edge design techniques and artistic flair. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas truly make an impact. Duties Develop and execute digital designs for clients and subcontractors using sketch up. Work on layouts for client approval. Working directly with suppliers on ordering materials and scheduling deliveries Update social media Apply principles of color theory, and visual design to craft aesthetically balanced compositions that communicate effectively Requirements Proven experience in design, or related creative fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects Proficiency in Canva and SketchUp Strong understanding of color theory and layout design Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and effectively Join us as a Design Coordinator and unleash your creativity in an energetic environment where innovation drives success!
