Full-Time A growing builder/developer focused on multi-residential and condominium projects is seeking a talented Designer / Architectural Designer to join their team in the Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of residential design, construction documents, and project coordination who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced development environment. This position will work closely with internal development and construction teams, helping refine project designs, review architectural plans, support permitting efforts, and ensure projects maintain strong form, flow, and functionality throughout the design process. Responsibilities Review and redline architectural drawings and construction documents Assist with design development for multifamily, condo, and residential community projects Collaborate with project teams to improve functionality, layout, constructability, and overall design flow Coordinate with consultants, engineers, municipalities, and permitting agencies Support permitting and entitlement processes as needed Ensure drawings align with project goals, budgets, and timelines Participate in project meetings and provide design input throughout preconstruction and development phases Assist in maintaining design standards across multiple projects Qualifications 3+ years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or project coordination Experience with multi-residential, condominium, townhome, or mixed-use projects preferred Strong understanding of construction documents and design coordination Ability to review and redline plans effectively Experience supporting permitting processes is preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software Strong communication and organizational skills Architect license is not required Preferred Background Experience working for a builder, developer, architecture firm, or design-build company Knowledge of vertical construction projects Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong pipeline of residential and multifamily development projects throughout the Southeast.
