Job Description

Architectural Designer - Custom Homes (Gainesville, GA) The Drafting Department for a Residential Builder is searching for a focused, professional architectural designer with experience in the custom home building industry. High pay and benefits. Must have experience in designing exterior elevations and interior layouts of single-family detached housing. Qualifications
  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar position within the homebuilding industry.
  • 2 or 4 year Degree in architectural/residential design.
  • Strong experience with hand sketching architectural design.
  • Experience with Revit is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the home building process.
  • Structural knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and Motivated.
  • Possible hybrid schedule.
