Our land development team is seeking an entry-level Civil Designers to work on land development engineering projects. Candidates should have experience with applicable software applications including AutoCAD Civil3D, hydraflow, and Microsoft applications. Projects will include site design for commercial retail, single/multi-family, healthcare and industrial projects. Other responsibilities will include research/site investigation, project management/coordination, permit submittals and negotiation, and preparing project specifications. In addition to strong technical capabilities, the candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be a strategic thinker, have an entrepreneurial spirit, have the ability to bond quickly with individuals outside of our organization, have a desire to learn and to progress quickly, and must possess good business acumen.
