If you have an eye for detail, love problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative studio, we want you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position in Boise, ID (Monday-Friday) . Remote or hybrid work is not available.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of architectural drafting or design support experience Associate's or Bachelor's in Drafting, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and architectural standards Independent, detail-oriented, and organized—able to handle multiple projects
