Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with strong industrial and high-tech facility design experience. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and publishing design deliverables including models, drawings, construction documents, and detailed layouts for complex projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, along with the ability to lead design efforts, coordinate across disciplines, perform field surveys, resolve design conflicts, and mentor junior staff while supporting project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Pay:
$31.73 - $43.65 per hour
DOE Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Drafting and Design or equivalent experience Experience in industrial building design and semiconductor or high-tech facilities Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related drafting/modeling software Strong understanding of architectural design processes, codes, standards, and industry best practices Experience coordinating multi-discipline designs and resolving field conflicts Ability to lead design areas or systems with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Experience reviewing models, drawings, submittals, and construction documentation Ability to mentor junior designers and delegate work effectively Understanding of project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and labor estimating Candidate must be local to site
Responsibilities:
