Williams Architects has over 40 years expertise in new construction, preservation, adaptive re-use, and planning, and is looking to add a member to our team who is committed to creating spaces for moments and providing every client exceptional service. Responsibilities include designing development and construction documents in Revit from concept drawings, developing or assisting in conceptual and schematic design, and effectively coordinating production work internally and with other project stakeholders. Williams Architects provides the opportunity for career growth and a variety of experiences within an award-winning architectural firm. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of proven experience in all aspects of the design process, preferably with commercial, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects. Must have a complete understanding of building materials, technology, and structures; and maintain exceptional communication and client relationships. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Experience with Historic Tax Credit applications a plus. Intent to pursue licensure preferred. Also open to individuals with an interest in interior architecture. Minimum Bachelor of Architecture required. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.
