We are seeking an experienced Design-Build Superintendent to lead field operations on complex heavy civil and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through final completion. Qualifications 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including significant superintendent-level responsibility. Prior experience managing design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery infrastructure projects preferred. Strong background in one or more of the following: Highway and bridge construction Utility infrastructure Site development Water and wastewater projects Transit and transportation infrastructure Demonstrated success leading large field teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and design documents. Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and project controls. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New England as project needs require.
