$130K - $170K salary + bonus, DOE Are you a design-driven architect looking to lead impactful large scale hospitality projects from concept through construction? We're seeking a Senior Project Designer with 10+ years of architectural experience to take a leadership role in shaping innovative, high-quality projects. This position offers the opportunity to drive design vision, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and work directly with clients on a diverse portfolio of projects. What You'll Do Lead project design efforts from programming and conceptual design through construction administration. Develop compelling design concepts, presentations, renderings, and client-facing materials. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure design excellence and technical integration. Guide design development, construction documentation, and implementation while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development pursuits. Mentor team members and provide design leadership on complex projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. 10+ years of architectural design experience across all project phases. Licensed Architect preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, zoning, and permitting processes. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design software.
