About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our Design Engineering team. In this role, you will develop accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready 3D models that support project delivery and product development initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring designs are fully integrated, clash-free, and aligned with customer and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard design and coordination software Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create coordinated system models Perform BIM modeling and clash detection to identify and resolve coordination issues Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and constructability Generate construction documentation, material take-offs, and fabrication drawings from BIM data Maintain BIM standards, file structures, and version control processes Support BIM execution planning and implementation of company-wide modeling standards Update models in response to design changes, RFIs, and field mark-ups Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling workflows Additional Responsibilities Stay current with BIM technologies, software developments, and industry best practices Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines Support quality assurance and quality control processes Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable standards Report compliance or ethical concerns through appropriate channels when necessary Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience) 2-5 years of BIM modeling and coordination experience Strong proficiency in BIM modeling and clash detection workflows Experience with: AutoCAD Revit Onshape Navisworks (preferred) Experience producing construction documents, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs from BIM models Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration BIM certification preferred (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with employer-supported benefits Disability, legal, and additional insurance options Professional development and training opportunities Access to mentorship from experienced technical and business leaders Career progression opportunities within a growing international organisation Collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
