ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute original, persuasive, conceptual and visually compelling designs aligned with agency and brand standards, including (but not limited to): campaign look and feel, mood boards, iconography, typography, illustrations, brand books, printed materials, organic and paid social media assets, GIFs, memes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Passion for solving design and marketing challenges from concept to completionCollaborate with Art Directors to create designs that generate engagementLeverage layout, design and typography skills to create PowerPoint presentations, templates and social assetsDesign and execute with meticulous attention to detailIncorporate feedback from Creative Directors, teammates and clients with precision and a positive attitudeAbility to articulate the "why" behind the designs you presentBecome a brand style guide expertUnderstanding of visual hierarchy and its importance in designMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Powerpoint, as well as emerging digital and social design trendsWorking knowledge of digital, UX and UI design principalsKnowledge of AfterEffects, Sketch and HTML are a plus, but not mandatoryAnimation skills a plus, but not mandatoryQualifications2+ years of work and/or internship experience (digital, social and/or print)Must have a portfolio (may include spec work and unproduced concepts)Strong working knowledge of social media and design/video best practicesExperience working on Automotive is a plus (but not mandatory)Possess a strong desire to learn and work on both large and small projects from conception through productionStrong decision-making skillsAbility to multitask in a deadline-driven environmentExceptional judgment when working with clients, teammates and production partnersSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial and endlessly curiousInterest in staying on top of digital trends and emerging mediaWillingness to push creative boundariesAble to prioritize and manage own time

In this role, you'll concept and create visual design solutions for a variety of social media, digital, PR and branding projects, integrated campaigns (large and small) and presentations. The ability to collaborate with other teammates to develop compelling ideas and executions is fundamental to the role. Salary Range:
