We are seeking a talented and collaborative Design Architect to join our growing team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of higher education, healthcare, civic, corporate, and community projects. The Design Architect will play a key role in developing innovative design solutions from concept through project delivery. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, design staff, technical staff, and consultants to create thoughtful, sustainable, and impactful environments. Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, programming studies, and design solutions for a variety of project types. Prepare presentations, renderings, diagrams, and design documentation. Collaborate with project teams throughout all phases of design and construction. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and design presentations. Coordinate with consultants and internal technical staff to integrate project requirements. Support quality design outcomes while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Contribute to the firm's design culture and mentorship of emerging professionals. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. 5-10 years of professional architectural experience. Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and technical understanding. Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization software. Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
