Our St. Louis studio is currently seeking an Architecture intern to join our team this fall. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for students pursuing a degree in architecture to gain practical, hands-on experience. You'll work on real-world projects, learn from and collaborate with talented professionals, and develop skills in a dynamic studio environment. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with a majority of time working on-site in our St. Louis office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Application must include resume and portfolio (or portfolio link).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing CAD/BIM. Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards. Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects. Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings. Builds models or prepares project boards for client/project team review. Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices. Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Currently enrolled in an architecture program. Previous internship with an architectural or interior design firm preferred.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Possess basic hand and CAD/BIM drafting skills Proficiency in Revit preferred. . Ability to effectively meet deadlines. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
