Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience utilizing Revit and/or BIM tools in a telecom construction-related environment Strong understanding of telecom construction drawings, design documentation, and drafting standards Ability to interpret engineering designs, field markups, and specifications to produce accurate project deliverables ISP Design experience highly preferred Nice to Have Skills & Experience Exposure to telecom, utility, or ISP (inside plant) infrastructure projects Experience preparing construction packages, as-builts, or project closeout documentation Familiarity with coordinating across field teams, engineers, and project managers Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments with tight deadlines Willingness and ability to travel to project sites for field verification and coordination Job Description Insight Global is looking for a BIM Technician to join their client's growing team in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ. This individual will spend their day creating and updating detailed telecom construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools to support telecom infrastructure and construction projects. They will interpret field markups, engineering designs, and specifications to ensure all drawings accurately reflect current site conditions and project requirements. The designer will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and keep documentation up to date. They will also help prepare construction packages, as-built drawings, and closeout documents while ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
