Key Responsibilities Draw architectural plans for retail store locations Make revisions and submit for city permits and permit exemptions Qualifications 1+ years of experience in retail operations Capable of conducting site surveys, taking measurements, and drawing architectural and MEP plans Previous experience with the city permit process Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture a plus Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors.
