Facade Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. You must have a strong understanding of building materials and structural systems, as well as experience with facade design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop building facades that meet safety and aesthetic standards
• Conduct thorough analysis of building structures to determine suitable facade materials
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient and effective implementation of facade designs
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical support as needed
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to design plans and construction standards
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in facade design technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or engineering
• Strong knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and local building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other facade design software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on high-rise buildings
• Familiarity with green building practices
