We are seeking a skilled and dependable Architectural Designer III to join the Mach team at our Tonawanda, NY office. This position is ideal for an experienced architectural professional who thrives in a production-focused environment and is ready to assume additional responsibility in project delivery, coordination, and technical problem-solving. The Architectural Designer III plays a crucial role in supporting project teams by providing advanced documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating across various disciplines. What You'll Do Produce and develop architectural drawings, models, and construction documentation in alignment with firm standards Complete assigned tasks on schedule and within project parameters, improving efficiency and organization over time Collaborate with architects, project managers, and consultants to support coordination and project delivery Assist with technical documentation, including plans, sections, details, and integration of consultant information Communicate progress, questions, and issues clearly to support team workflow and project success Continue building technical skills, design awareness, and increasing responsibility within project teams What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in an architectural or design practice Professional degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency in BIM and Revit Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning What We Offer Medical coverage Company-sponsored 401(k) Generous PTO and flexible work schedules Bonus opportunities Career advancement opportunities with Career and Professional Development Tuition reimbursement Team Building Events Breakroom snacks!
