We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated, detail oriented and looking to be an integral part of our office. Qualified candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, proficiency with graphic programs is preferred, but not required. Strong design and presentation skills are also desirable. Familiarity with NYC Building Code, Zoning, and working knowledge of expediting/ filing procedures with DOB is a plus.
