This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team where design excellence, technical rigor, and mentorship come together to deliver impactful, sustainable projects. We're seeking a Senior Architect (RA) with a passion for design leadership and a strong technical foundation. This is a highly visible role where you'll guide projects from early concept through construction, mentor emerging talent, and play a key part in growing client relationships and expanding market presence. What You'll Do Lead architectural design efforts from concept through construction administration Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships Drive project delivery, coordinating closely with structural, MEP, civil, and environmental teams Provide design direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to internal teams Contribute to business development efforts, including strategic partnerships and key account growth Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events Ensure design quality, code compliance, and alignment with project goals and budgets Apply creative problem-solving to complex and unique design challenges What You Bring 10+ years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio of built work Licensed Architect (RA) required Proven ability to lead projects and manage multidisciplinary coordination Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise in documentation and delivery Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred Experience with project specifications and CSI formatting Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's preferred LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience is a plus Why This Role High-impact position with visibility across projects and clients Collaborative, team-driven environment with strong design culture Opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of architects Diverse project exposure across multiple disciplines and markets A platform to grow both your technical leadership and business influence FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
