Architectural Design and VM Project Coordinator Soni Resources Group - 4.2 Long Island City, NY Job Details Contract $25 - $30 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Soni is partnering with a well-known luxury brand seeking a Project Coordinator to support retail design, visual merchandising, and architectural projects across the U.S. This role will manage projects from concept through completion, partnering with retailers, vendors, millworkers, and internal design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple retail design and build projects simultaneously Oversee timelines, budgets, invoicing, and project documentation Review shop drawings and track project progress Coordinate with external vendors and retail partners Manage punch lists, maintenance requests, and shipment tracking
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of project management experience Experience supporting architectural, retail, construction, visual merchandising, or design projects Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Excel and project management tools Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Airtable, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Compensation:
$25 - $30/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICREATIVE
