job summary: Looking for a Designer in Portland, OR. Bring 5+ yrs HVAC/high-tech facility exp, an Assoc. degree & Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks mastery. Join Our Client to reinvent tomorrow, delivering solutions for the world's most complex challenges and building a sustainable world!
location:
Portland, Oregon job type: Contract salary: $40 - 50 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Lead the design development for mechanical systems and buildings, acting independently to identify project goals, solve problems creatively, and drive the project forward.

Create, coordinate, and publish comprehensive project deliverables, including 3D models, plans, details, flow diagrams, and equipment arrangement diagrams.

Supervise, back-check, and review the work of entry-level designers and early career engineers for accuracy, while providing technical mentorship and guidance.

Drive cross-discipline coordination with internal and external trades, and actively present updates in mechanical design meetings.

Perform code research, assist with engineering calculations under an engineer's guidance, and ensure all designs strictly adhere to project specifications.
