Architectural Designer Philadelphia, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22564379 Summary Philadelphia, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 3 Years Experience Master's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Sheward Partnership seeks Architectural Designer for conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction and contract documentation and project administration.
Requires:
M.S. in Architecture or similar degree plus three years' experience w/ architectural design and drafting. The position also requires experience with preparing construction documents using Revit, working on large-scale architectural and renovation projects, BIM-based coordination and drafting, building codes, zoning, sustainability, ADA and life standards, construction administration and using Enscape, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Philadelphia, PA worksite.
