Job Description

PROJECT ARCHITECT
  • direct hire Description We are seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled architect with 5-8 years of experience who thrives in leading projects from concept to completion. While healthcare experience is highly preferred, it is not required. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through all phases, from schematic design to construction administration. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. Develop and oversee design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Coordinate with engineering disciplines and external consultants to integrate technical solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff. Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity. Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Qualifications & Skills 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience in healthcare projects is preferred but not required. Architectural licensure is not required but is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Why Join Us?   • $105000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
