Join our team with these primary responsibilities: Contribute to the creation of schematic design packages through to construction documents. Assist with the preparation of presentations, drawings, boards and materials. Assist with project permitting processing, submittals, reviews and approvals. Assist project Team during construction phase services. Perform as-built measurements, photo documentation and condition assessment of existing homes and structures. Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and building officials. Availability to travel. Revit is required, and familiarity in AutoCAD. Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu. Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
