QualificationsBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureRevitHospitality, commercial, education, and civic project experience is a plusUnderstanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.

Prepare and modify architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.

Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings.

Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project development.

Review and incorporate feedback from clients and project teams.

Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Support the development of construction documents and specifications.
