Architectural Drafter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a proficient individual who is well-versed in using Revit to work on construction documents (CDs), floor plans, elevations, and wall sections. The ideal candidate will be production and CD driven. Responsibilities Utilize Revit to create and modify construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and wall sections. Collaborate on tenant improvement (TI) projects as well as new builds, focusing on both interiors and exteriors. Work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and consistency in architectural design and construction drawings. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit with a focus on architectural drafting. Experience in creating construction documents and drafting. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Revit Architectural Drafter. Work Environment You will be working in a small office environment alongside two colleagues. The work setting is collaborative, allowing for close communication and teamwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waconia, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
