• Full-time We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of developing complete, permit-ready construction drawing sets from architectural floor plans. This position will work directly under the leadership of the architect who will provide the basis of design, conceptual direction, and architectural floor plans that will then need to be expanded upon into detailed construction and permitting documents. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a foundational design package and developing the technical details required for coordination, permitting, and construction execution.

Position Responsibilities:

Convert architectural floor plans into detailed, permittable construction drawings Expand upon architect-provided concepts and layouts to create comprehensive drawing sets Produce accurate drafting packages for commercial and/or residential projects Coordinate layouts and details with project managers, architects, engineers, and field personnel as needed Revise drawings as needed throughout the permitting and construction process Maintain organized project files and drawing standards

Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD required Experience with architectural drafting required MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drafting experience is a plus Strong understanding of construction documents and permitting processes Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:

$22
