You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Building relationships with 10+ targeted architecture & design firms to develop new business
  • Collaborating with dealer partners to strengthen engagement and drive opportunities
  • Supporting account activities alongside Client Business Managers (CBMs)
  • Leading complex, large-volume projects from concept through execution
  • Managing administrative tasks such as CRM updates and event coordination
  • Attending networking events and industry functions to expand market presence
  • Developing strategic pricing strategies to support competitive bids
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience engaging with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community
  • Market development and sales experience
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to attend networking events (2+ nights/week)
  • Experience in collaborative selling and managing complex projects
  • Proficiency in pricing strategies and basic administrative tasks
  • Must be based in
Chicago Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in the furniture industry
  • Ability to connect with emerging designers and influencers
  • Strong existing network within the A&D community
  • Experience working with dealer partners and showroom engagement
  • Strong presentation and networking skills
