This role will support our construction and design departments by creating new and modifying existing residential home plans, construction drawings, and architectural details for custom and production homes. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential drafting and design, strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes, and proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs. This position will work closely with ownership and leadership team to help bring new home concepts to life while ensuring plan accuracy and constructability.
