The ideal candidate is highly creative, technically proficient, and capable of managing projects independently while delivering exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop interior and architectural designs for diverse projects. Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations using digital design tools. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures according to client needs and budgets. Collaborate virtually with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure design execution aligns with project goals. Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and sustainable practices. Adapt designs based on client feedback, project requirements, and regulatory standards. Manage multiple projects remotely, meeting deadlines while maintaining design quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in interior/architectural design.

Proficiency in design software:

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar). Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and diverse project experience. Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management and client coordination remotely. Knowledge of 3D visualization, BIM, and VR tools. Awareness of sustainable design and building regulations.
