We're looking for an experienced and motivated Level I or II Architectural Staff Member to collaborate on project teams throughout the design process. Role:

Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation and construction. Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Conducted site analyses and integrated findings into design solutions. Assist in creating project schedules, cost estimates, and material specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design (internship experience may be considered). Proficiency in design and drafting software (Revit and AutoCAD required). Strong graphic and visualization skills; proficiency in tools such as Lumion and Rhino. Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements:
