Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Licensed Architect to join our innovative design team. This pivotal role combines creative vision with technical expertise to develop exceptional architectural solutions across a variety of projects, including renovations, interior design, and new constructions. As a Licensed Architect, you will lead project planning, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure that all designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations. Your expertise will drive project success from conception through completion, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality, sustainability, and innovation. Our company produces both residential and commercial drawings. Experience with both is required. Responsibilities Lead the development of comprehensive architectural designs utilizing Revit to produce detailed drawings and visualizations. Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design phases while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including construction management and interior design professionals. Collaborate with clients through negotiation and presentation to refine project requirements and secure approvals; maintain clear communication throughout. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities aligned with firm expertise. Extensive proficiency in drafting in Revit for high-quality visual presentations. Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools and techniques to keep projects on track from start to finish. Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and construction management practices to deliver cost-effective solutions. Skilled in negotiation techniques for contracts, vendor relationships, and client interactions to foster positive collaborations. Deep understanding of building codes, renovation processes, interior design principles, and sustainable practices within architecture. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent communication skills for clear client engagement.
