This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful land development initiatives while honing your skills in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Responsibilities Develop conceptual and detailed land development designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. Prepare schematics, site plans, grading plans, and infrastructure layouts that align with client goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including civil engineers, landscape architects, architects, and planners—to integrate system design principles into comprehensive project plans. Knowledge of construction processes, schematic design, drafting standards, and system design principles is highly valued. Strong understanding of land use regulations, zoning codes, and sustainable development practices is preferred. Embark on a rewarding journey where your innovative designs help shape vibrant communities!
